Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Laws, Code of Corporate Governance & Secretarial
Affairs compliance, dealing with matters relating to Securities and
Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), User of SECP E-Services module
and also PUCARS of KSE & LSE.

- Dealing with matters of shareholders, board of
directors, stock exchanges, Central Depository Company (CDC) of
Pakistan, State Bank of Pakistan, Commercial banks, Shares Registrar,
Zakat & Usher Department (Govt. of Pakistan), External Auditors,
NIFT.

- Contracts Administration: Maintenance of legal
contracts data base (Contracts Register) and ensure swift operations in
contracting process, removal of bugs / problems arising in system, make
further developments / improvements, service desk of Legal Assist,
general advisory or guidance in contracting processes.
- Accounting and reporting of Shares, Capital,
Dividends, Taxation, Zakat and their calculations checking, Monthly
and Annual Audit Schedules, NRT Reconciliation, Annual and Quarterly reports inputs and review, Annual and half yearly audits of Company
Secretarial Affairs.
Key Experience Required:
- As per Corporate Laws, at least 3-5 years’
experience in Finance / Company Secretarial / Legal Affairs
Management.
- Member of a Professional Accounting Body or Member
of Institute of
- Corporate/Chartered Secretaries or M. Com/MBA
Finance or L.L.B with 2 years’ experience.
