Job Description
Saudi Aramco is seeking an experienced HR Policy Analyst to join the Compensation Division of its Human Resources Policy & Planning Department.

This department’s primary role is to maintain effective human resources programs backed by delivery systems, which efficiently support the high quality employees needed to operate and manage a multinational enterprise. HRP&P consist of four organizational units: Benefits, Compensation, Human Resources Systems and Personnel Policies.

This role involves conducting analysis to assure compensation plans support corporate strategies and values. Conduct program analysis, comprehensive compensation studies, surveys and research including salary administration, tax equalization, differentials, allowances and special projects. Develop policy proposals, make presentations to all levels of managements and coordinate the implementation of approved compensation programs.
Key requirements:
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or some closely related discipline or combination of disciplines.

Applicants should have 11 years of experience in Human Resources activities, of which 5-7 years is on assignments related to HR compensation, benefits or policy issues. Applicants should have strong systems-orientation and thorough knowledge of MA applications.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following: 

Conduct comprehensive compensation studies, surveys and research assignments; develop completed policy proposals; make presentations to all levels of management; and coordinate the implementation of approved compensation programs.

Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation policies and develop proposals for achieving a higher degree of effectiveness.

Consult with other companies and other government or private agencies related to developing data, exchanging information and developing comparative background information.
