We are presently seeking a Chemical Process Engineer for our Baton Rouge, LA location.  Chemical Process Engineer will work closely with operations to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the G-1113 Production Area. 
Responsibilities
Duties include:
§                     §  Day to day process problem solving
§  Managing projects from concept to commissioned equipment
§  Developing and implementing process improvement ideas and projects
§  Identifying and implementing safety and environmental related improvements
§  Maintaining proper engineering documentation
§  Providing process engineering assistance to solve manufacturing upsets, providing timely communication to management and unit personnel
Other responsibilities may include supporting debottlenecking and expansion efforts, turn-around related work, creation of plant tests, improving on-stream time, participating in accident/ incident investigations, developing operating procedures and performing training. Must embrace Honeywell Structured Safety Process, Honeywell Operating System, Six Sigma, Lean and standard work methodology.
The individual will be expected to work closely with the Fluorocarbons manufacturing groups as well as process technology areas to identify and develop solutions to meet the growing needs for production. Candidates should be results-oriented with good interpersonal communication and team-based skills. Responsibilities
The candidate will 
  • Develop, maintain and supervise implementation of   protocols for operation of Site utilities including Instrument Air compressors, N2 Systems (cylinders/ generators), Cooling Towers, Gas boosting systems Ex. H2 System (Cylinders/ Generators), Chilling Units, Fire Water Pumps, Mechanical components of Diesel Generators and other mechanical systems 
  • Be accountable for execution of maintenance/revamp projects (Management of Change, Line Breaking etc.) with required safety systems (ex. LOTO, engineering controls, administrative controls, portable detection etc)
  • Ensure maintenance in line with safe Chemical Handling procedures 
  • Develop and implement  periodic Inspection plan as applicable for all equipment 
  • Be the custodian of processes for Mechanical equipment appraisals with inspections in line with Site HSEMS
  • Leverage technical expertise to identify alternate vendors for annual maintenance contracts, service contracts and procurement of equipment and piping
  • Track key performance indicators of contractors 
  • Be responsible for developing and implementing Asset tracking practices and documentation in an EOU environment
  • Ensure that Site operational costs are monitored and charged 
  • Manage the permits and statutory compliance activities of the Shell Labs and liaison with statutory authorities. 
  • Support Site Activities as delegated by the Site Operations Manager including Emergency Response, Shift responsibilities, management of safety critical equipment, travel to vendor locations, undertake accident investigations, contractor training and management etc.
Requirements

  • B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering 
  • A minimum of 6 years relevant experience preferably in an R&D or petrochemical environment on Pilot Plants and associated systems
  • Knowledge of  external standards and codes relevant to Mechanical engineering for rotating or static equipment
  • Direct experience with contractor management including identification, record keeping, HSE management etc. desirable
  • Contractor statutory compliances management including implementing contract labor laws as applicable desirable
  • Fully aware of requirements for safely working in a laboratory/ Pilot Plant environment and experience in implementing HSE controls for laboratory/ Pilot plant activities. Experience with implementing Permit-to-Work systems for high risk activities in a chemical environment a plus
  • Fully aware of PPE selection and usage for various high risk activities
  • Direct experience with use and maintenance of lab or pilot plant Ex-proof equipment and instrumentation
  • Experience with handling flammable and toxic chemicals with knowledge of chemical compatibilities and MSDS requirements for hazardous substances desirable
  • Skill level in proper handling and storage of chemicals along with appropriate selection and  use of handling equipment
  • Quality assurance programs and lab record documentation; 
  • The applicant should demonstrate good communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada and be comfortable in team-oriented, collaborative environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience of working with local engineering contractors including for piping/tubing, electrical, instrumentation, chemical handling and material movement 
  • Authorization to work in India is required for this position.

§  Develop, maintain and implement power systems contingency plans addressing Saudi Aramco critical facilities by defining critical load, single line diagrams, and what-if scenarios to restore power in case of a partial or complete loss of power.
§  Participate in the investigation and review of power system major disturbances in coordination with the POD Division, Power System Engineering Department and utility company (national grid or SEC distribution).
§  Perform grid dynamic simulation prior to outages identifying what-if scenarios.

§  Participate in special power system reliability studies by identifying single point of failures in power systems, operations obstacles and repetitive failures, and develop monthly reliability reports that include KPIs.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Medical Compliance Division of Healthcare JV Coordination department.

The Healthcare JV Coordination Department functions as the governance structure between Saudi Aramco and the new joint venture company, Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) and will initially oversee the integration phase through management of several critical success factors.

Following the integration phase, the scope of the new department will expand to include functional components such as Medical Compliance/Payor Mechanism, JV Coordination, HR Management and Billing & Accounting.
Qualifications
As the successful candidate you will have graduated from an accredited school of nursing, and be currently practicing in a healthcare field. You will hold current licensure as a registered professional nurse, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related area.

You will have a minimum of five years’ experience in nursing quality improvement, quality assurance, process improvement or a related field.

Duties & Responsibilities
