  • Provide leadership and expertise to translate consumer needs into effective product designs and consumer driven innovation strategies.
  • Engineers in this field utilize quantitative and qualitative modelling tools to define consumer needs and technical requirements necessary to win in the market.
Qualifications
BS/MS degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering are preferred, but other engineering degrees will be considered.

Job Description
Primarily responsible for a variety of administrative, accounting and reception duties to provide support to the Canonsburg, PA branch of Tarpon Energy Services LLC.
Essential duties and responsibilities
·         Assume full responsibility for assisting and directing all internal and external clients, while maintaining the security of the building through proactive management of employee and visitor traffic.
·         Ensure that the reception area and all other common areas are professionally maintained and clean at all times.
·         Work with the direct supervisor to develop efficiently and processes for proactive office management.
·         Coordinate internal and external meetings and special events.
·         Perform administrative duties and provide support as needed to the supervisor and co-workers.
·         Facilitate accurate completion of all new hire paperwork and benefit enrollment.

Essential Functions:
  • Clean guest rooms and stock with appropriate supplies in the prescribed manner while following safety and security procedures and regulations. 
  • This includes but is not limited to: picking up and removing trash, changing linen and making the bed (duvet cover as needed and on all checkouts), cleaning entire bathroom (hair free, sanitized and dry), sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming guest room ensuring all areas and surfaces are clean and dust free, cleaning the windows, baseboards, and walls, correcting and/or reporting any room maintenance issue, tidying up and neatly arranging all items in the guest room, removing any food and beverage (room service) items to the guest floor landing in a safe and efficient manner (poor out any liquids if safe to do so prior to leaving the room to prevent spills), and ensuring that all amenities and other hotel items and literature in a Guest rooms are clean and presentable. Retrieve, stock, restock and store housekeeping linen and supplies according to prescribed housekeeping safety and security procedures and regulations. Maintain neat and well stocked storage areas and caddies.Follow all hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures and receive and turn in any paperwork and keys in a manner consistent with these procedures. 
  • Follow lost and found procedures, immediately report any suspicious activities, and always keep the Guest's safety and security in mind.
  • Report the appropriate room status via the telephone system along with any uncorrectable room deficiencies. Notify a supervisor of any serious problems.
  • Always maintain a warm and friendly demeanor with guests and fellow associates. Make sure noise levels are kept to a minimum in guest areas, provide a warm and hospitable greeting, and follow service standards while working. 
  • Respond to requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner and seek assistance if needed.
  • Follow all hotel and departmental guidelines and attend all departmental and hotel meetings as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
