Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Medical Compliance Division of Healthcare JV Coordination department.

The Healthcare JV Coordination Department functions as the governance structure between Saudi Aramco and the new joint venture company, Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) and will initially oversee the integration phase through management of several critical success factors.

Following the integration phase, the scope of the new department will expand to include functional components such as Medical Compliance/Payor Mechanism, JV Coordination, HR Management and Billing & Accounting.
Qualifications
As the successful candidate you will have graduated from an accredited school of nursing, and be currently practicing in a healthcare field. You will hold current licensure as a registered professional nurse, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related area.

You will have a minimum of five years’ experience in nursing quality improvement, quality assurance, process improvement or a related field.

You must be a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or hold an equivalent certification from a healthcare institute.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:
  • § You will be accountable for the coordination of quality assurance and quality improvement activities in the Medical Compliance division of Healthcare JV Coordination Department, and for the implementation of quality improvement functions.
  • § You will be responsible for the validation of the measurement and reporting of Service Agreement Key Performance Indicators and Partner Contribution Agreement Key Performance Indicators, in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • § You will oversee/coordinate/review/monitor the regulatory and accreditation activities of JHAH and coordinate correction & resolution of deficiencies.
  • § You will oversee/coordinate/review/monitor quality programs specific to Saudi Aramco Safety Management System incorporating elements such as Risk Assessment, Incident Reporting and Analysis & Continuous Improvement.
