Topsøe Denmark is a market leader within heterogeneous catalysis and supplies
catalysts and process design for refineries, chemical & environmental
industries, and the energy sector.
Haldor Topsøe’s activities in South East Asia and Pacific are growing. Therefore our subsidiary in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur is looking for highly skilled technical service engineers for our chemical business unit. Our chemical business unit are responsible for servicing our long term technical service contracts with our highly valued customers’ operating ammonia and hydrogen plants in the region.
The ideal candidate thrives on exciting challenges in an international environment. You will be involved in several tasks outside Malaysia, including training at our head office in Copenhagen.
Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities

Provide technical
support to clients as well as business development managers
·
Feasibility studies for
catalyst and licensed plants
·
On-site support for
start-ups or trouble shooting for both catalyst and licensed plant
·
Ensuring coordination
between the head office and the Malaysia subsidiary on technical aspects
·
Assisting in
contracts/order negotiations as technical support.

Qualifications
You have a degree in chemical engineering and have knowledge and experience in operations of hydrogen, ammonia, or other petrochemical plants. We prefer a candidate with 5+ years operation experience or within technical support. We expect you to be fluent in English.
