Job
Description
1.To be assistant for HTCN HR related affairs under the leadership of Department
Manager;2.To assist in managing the recruiting process as the recruiting interface and coordinate with all business department;
3.To assist in collect and update governmental policy, rules and regulation in HR aspects;
4.To assist in management of the recruiting system and website and maintain/update the position in different channels;
5.To assist in handling campus recruitment and event and build network with the universities;
6.To assist in management of the internal/external training arrangement: collect the requirement of business department training evaluation and feedback;
7.To assist in management of the enrollment and demission procedure;
8.To manage the training application/agreement and maintain the statistical account.
9. Other tasks assigned by the Dept manager;
10.Report to the Dept manager.
Desired Skills
-Bachelor degree or above, Major in Human Resources Management or related
-Good oral and written skill in both English and Chinese
-Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
-Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
-Team player and quick learner
-Integrity and reliable
